2. What the site is for
The site describes the services I offer and how to reach me. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Prices, scope and timing are agreed separately for each project.
3. Client work
Any work I do for you is covered by the written agreement or quote we both accept for that project. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement decides.
4. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it
- copy it in bulk with automated tools
- use it for anything unlawful
5. Ownership
The text, design, pixel artwork, animations, code and the MaxSymo name belong to MaxSymo unless stated otherwise. You may not reuse them without my written permission. Product and platform names mentioned on the site, such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, WordPress or Shopify, belong to their owners and are used only to describe what I work with.
6. Accuracy
I keep the content correct and current as well as I can, but the site is provided as it is. It is general information, not advice for your specific situation.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damage that results from using the site, from the site being unavailable, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and Instagram. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
9. Privacy
How personal data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
10. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection the mandatory law of your own country gives you.
11. Changes
I may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
